Our customer can cancel the order if they already placing the order. if the order shown as "pending" under Order History. Cancellation of order can be made maximum within 6 hours of placing order. In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till the time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled.www.craftvinayak.com has the exclusive rights to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees with the decision the decision made by www.craftvinayak.com and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.

 www.craftvinayak.com reserves the full right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. If we received any payment in reference to such order. In such case, 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent bywww.craftvinayak.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Buyer.
